SNAPPY POUCH - GLASSES CASE

Thank you Molly Sews for the snappy pouch tutorial. Above is a picture of the glasses case I made my sister for Christmas this year.  It was a really easy pattern to follow, she breaks it down step by step with pictures and words.  This was my first time using metal measuring tape strips for a closure and it was much easier then I imagined. I will definitely use this technique again, especial since I have a lot more measuring tape to use up.

HAPPY CHRISTMAS QUILT ALONG

This year I participated in my first sew along a Christmas Mystery Sew Along.  I loved it.  I looked forward to every few days getting the new pattern and seeing what I would be making next.  Below is a picture of the finished top as well as a few pictures of the progress along the way.  I will back and quilt the project after the Christmas hush is over.  Thanks to Lindsey at Primrose Cottage Quilt (www.primrosecottagequilts.com) for hosting the sew along.  I will definitely do another!!!

ANNIECON 2019 DICE BAGS

This year for my 40th birthday I hosted a board game convention called Anniecon.  I made several of these zippered dice bags using various fabrics as gifts for those who attended.   Easy and cute!!!
